We administer a number of different executive remuneration solutions, including a variety of employee benefit trusts and offshore pensions.
From real-time record keeping to scheduled or on demand reporting, we tailor our services to give each client a bespoke solution, underpinned by proactive support and planning.
In Jersey we currently administer share based plans for private and quoted companies, with members ranging from 2 to more than 15,000.
While the majority of our employee benefit trusts are executive share plans, we also administer a number of 'all employee' schemes, in partnership with Capita Share Plan Services, to provide a complete onshore and offshore solution.

In Jersey we provide trustee and administration services for international pension plans, personal plans and other types of non UK based pension schemes.
We administer a number of pre and post 'A' day offshore pension plans and have been chosen by Zurich to administer their offshore pensions. These plans range from £300,000 to £30m.
The rules regarding FSA Deferred Remuneration Plans allows these type of plans to be administered in an offshore environment.
Our expertise, gained through administering a number of executive share plans as well as offshore pension plans, ideally positions us to implement efficient and effective executive compensation packages. Our independence allows us to work with a variety of service providers, to deliver an appropriate solution that works for both the employer and employee.
